We are looking for an experienced pastry chef for a group executive pastry chef role based in Manama, Bahrain. Our private client has 3 commercial operations including two fine dining establishments and a rooftop cocktail bar. As the executive pastry chef your role will be to oversee the establishments while assisting with menu and dish development. Longevity in previous Michelin establishments is essential for this role.
Depending on your experience the salary being offered is 1500 to 1900 BHD per month (£3,000- £3,750 PCM – please allow for exchange rate fluctuations), furnished accommodation, medical, one return flight home per year, 30 days holiday per year.
