Private chef needed for a family living on the Hertfordshire / Essex border. The family consists of two adults and two children (in addition grandma and two other family members are normally at home for lunch but not for dinner). You will need to prepare lunch and dinner 5 days a week that will include weekends.
There is a train station nearby which is situated on the Liverpool line making commuting from London straightforward. There is the option of accommodation being provided, which would be reflected in the final package. You may be required to travel with the family to France from time to time and possibly the U.S.
The family enjoys laid-back lunches and more formal style evening meals. You would be preparing British food with the addition of French and Asian cuisine. The influence will be on healthy dishes using excellent produce.
You must be experienced working within a flexible family environment with the upmost confidentiality
