Our client is looking for a private chef with some previous experience in the maritime industry. You will be required to cook on board an expedition vessel that will be cruising the remote islands in the Seychelles area for a luxury fishing trip. The cruise will last 10 days.
You will be cooking for 16 guests and 13 crew with the assistance of 2 additional cooks. You will need to be resourceful due to limited access to fresh produce, experience in remote provisioning would be a bonus. Transfers and accommodation arranged and paid for by the client.
You will be responsible for developing the menus, ordering and arranging provisions, managing your two assistant cooks, and of course, delivering high quality dishes for the guests and crew.
